When we went in the bathroom area we noticed towels that were left by the previous people and who knows how long they had been there. We found 2 bugs in the bed and the pillows were small squares and not much of a pillow at all. At that point, I just wanted to get in my room and relax. When I finally found it he came back over and announced we only have rooms on the south side and no view. I said I know I was just at the Players Club and he walked away and completely disregarded me. When I realized when I was going to check in the Customer Service Rep said, well then you can't check in. When I went to check in I had gone to the Players Club to pick up my Diamond Elite card before check in and I had forgotten I had put my license in a different spot. From the moment we walked in and asking the Bell Desk for a luggage cart and being told I would have to use Valet, which I choose not to as we have had things stolen, to trying to check in and receiving the rudest customer service clerk ever. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Harrah's casino.
